InDesign allows you to insert a Type tool into a story and export that story as RTF. Another approach is to export a PDF and from Acrobat Pro export the text. You cannot directly save as an InDD file to a text file.
I noticed that after downloading the InDesign 2026 app, it removed the extensions section out of the Window panel. Has this been moved? It is critical for my company to have access to this panel. This extension isn't available on Exchange.

Do you currently have a version of InDesign installed? If yes, the easy way is to open the CC Desktop app. Click Apps in the left column and find InDesign in the right column.

Hi, New user. I have a MacBook Air that can only run IOS Big Sur 11.7.10. InDesign v19 (or 19.5 or any version prior to v20). By positive_Coast6703 InDesign 2024 (19) should be compatible with Big Sur, not sure why it's not available for you in Creative Cloud. How much RAM do you have?
