Smoke could be seen for miles around the fire, which is located between 104th Avenue and Highway 287, north of Northwest Parkway, Boulder Fire-Rescue told FOX31. An emergency alert sent to residents in the Boulder County area said an evacuation order was issued at 3:24 p.m. due to the wildfire.

BOULDER COUNTY, Colo. (KKTV) - Evacuations are underway for a wildfire in Boulder County Monday night. Around 6:30 p.m., the Boulder County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO) said first responders were on scene in the 700 block of Wild Turkey Lane, up Fourmile Canyon.
