Maui County Fair is here! Thousands of people lined Central Maui sidewalks to see the historic return of the Maui County Fair Parade this afternoon, marking the opening of the four-day fair. Residents cheered and waved as more 3,000 participants marched in the parade. Young surfers from across Maui Nui returned to Lahaina Harbor on Saturday for the Maui Interscholastic League (MIL) championship, the first surf event held at the site since the 2023 wildfires.
